T-Shirt Content Terms

You must be 18 or older, or have parental/guardian consent to participate
Submissions will be accepted from January 19th to March 15th.
All submissions must be original work, and by submitting you agree to such.
Forrest Day and Ninth Street Opus are not liable for actions resulting from violations of the previous rule.
Submissions will be judged by Forrest himself, along with the management team.
The winner will receive $200 and be identified on ForrestDay.com. Runners up will receive a CD + Digital download of the latest Forrest Day album. All participants will receive our appreciation.
We will notify the winner and runners up via email upon completion of the contest.
Ninth Street Opus and Forrest Day will have exclusive license to use winning submission.
Fame and fortune may follow from participation in this contest.
